Read this before you use a tool, trust a number, or act on an email. Daily Yield shows public information and calculators. It does not manage money and it does not tell you what to buy.
Not advice
Daily Yield is software for looking up public information and running your own numbers. It is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, money transmitter, tax adviser, or law firm. Nothing on the site, in a tool, in a chart, in a score, in a “winner,” in a bullish or bearish tag, in a portfolio sketch, or in an email is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund, crypto, or other asset. Using the site, creating an account, or paying for a feature does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship.
Your decisions
You are responsible for your own decisions. Talk to a licensed adviser, broker, and tax professional before you act. Hypothetical portfolios, a $10,000 growth path, dividend reinvestment, retirement withdrawals, yield screens, and “build a portfolio” mixes are illustrations of math. They are not a plan for your money, your taxes, or your timeline.
Past results
Past performance, backtests, drawdowns, analyst records, insider filings, and politician trades do not predict what happens next. You can lose money, including everything you put in. Crypto can go to zero. A high yield can be a warning, not a gift.
Data can be wrong
Prices, yields, flows, holdings, earnings, news, fear-and-greed readings, and central-bank figures come from public filings and third parties. They can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or wrong. A bullish or bearish tag is a reading of a headline, not a rating and not a promise. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that an alert arrives on time, or at all.
No offer, no trades
Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security. Daily Yield does not take custody of assets and does not execute trades. Links to a fund company or a newsroom are not an endorsement.
Email and alerts
Daily notes, dividend reminders, price alerts, news digests, and analyst notes are messages you asked for. They are not advice. They can be late, incomplete, or fail to send. Turn them off in your account if you do not want them.
Accounts
An account is access to the software. It is not an advisory agreement. Signing in with email, Google, or X only confirms the login. It does not make Daily Yield your adviser.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, Daily Yield and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed moves, data errors, or decisions you make from the site or from an email. Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows. This notice is not itself legal advice, and it does not stop someone from filing a claim. It states what the product is, and what it is not.
